  • Wind and Humidity for Emergency Response Guide?

    I have the most current ERG (2008). It does not factor in Wind Speed or Humidity when giving the downwind predictions. Is there another guide to go with the ERG or a website with that information?

    None that I have seen. Usually, the HazMat unit handling the incident will use one of the several computer programs that are available to model the plume spread and speed. Here is an informational link to one of the various programs for this purpose:
