      Dont use any plastic containers for storage other than #1 and 2. The other stuff can cause serious cancer from moisture or condensation. Only get the good plastic containers. If it’s cheap its probably tumor causing crap.

      GET A PRESSURE CANNER! most of the stuff in the freezer can be canned(meat and vegetables) so they wont go bad..

      Nice info. One comment, though: texturised vegetable protein should not be a high priority “food” for many reasons, chief among them its typical combination with MSG as well as the common use of GMO soy beans.
