New York City new Office of Emergency Management replaces the city’s former headquarters in the World Trade Center, destroyed on September 11, 2001. Speakers discussed project details, with a focus on the command, situation room, and the press center.

The OEM, probably the most important facility of its type in the nation, is a technology-rich space. It includes dozens of displays that support camera feeds from throughout the metropolitan area. proprietary video cameras at various secure locations, television stations, and international sources. It supports locations, television stations, and international sources. It supports up to 6,000 calls per hour during an emergency.
