On 08/28/2005, New Orleans was under a mandatory evacuation and the panic was now everywhere. Katrina was now a Category 5 Hurricane in the Gulf Of Mexico and everyone wanted to get out of the path of Katrina. Footage shows the Massive Evacuation on Interstate 10 at Williams and Veterans with traffic backed up for miles and miles in both directions.
