Floods in southern Taiwan have caused a six-story hotel building to collapse.
Southern Taiwans Taitung region has been a tourist hotspot for its hot springs but floods have made it a disaster zone.
Torrential rain brought by typhoon Morakot made King-Shai hotel slant in the early hours of Sunday morning. It finally collapsed into a flooded river.
There are no casualties, as guests were evacuated before the building fell.
Typhoons regularly sweep across China and Taiwan, gathering strength from the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean, or the South China Sea.
